I need to find an alternative to @xfinity. As a customer for DECADES I just feel stupid for falling for their crap. Is @MyCCITweets better in NH? They had fiber in our town. @Xfinity sucks. Asked them to check a frayed wire and they can’t even do that.

@MyCCITweets I will, but I warn you that repeated calls to your colleagues since 8 July have not addressed the problem. It seems endemic. Technical support are courteous and seem to try hard. Customer support are ill-informed.

@MyCCITweets Why did you buy the contract from Fairpoint in Tallahassee if you clearly have no interest in servicing the customers? Internet out Tue now Fri at 5 no tech. no call explaining why. Call to service center = 0 explanation. If there is a diff co. where you are pick it!

@MyCCITweets It's too bad that Consolidated is no longer offering TV services to new customers while charging extremely higher costs for existing customers. Keep current customers happy by offering TV service discounts for 12 or 24 month contacts with bundled internet services.

I'm trying to look up Consolidated Communications for how to sign-up for traditional landline telephone service.. and their website is glitchy. That's not a good look. I'm just increasingly nervous that my home-phone and iPhone are on the same provider.
