This is the fourth A2ii Inclusive Insurance Innovation Lab #iiilab overall, and the third that I have had the privilege to be involved in, and I continue to be fascinated by every aspect of it.I am always captivated by the process itself; the interaction with participants from different countries has been incredibly enriching. This showcases the power of collaboration across diverse backgrounds and perspectives. The long-term outcomes are truly inspiring—not only the solutions that were implemented in the past seven years, but also the enduring relationships and initiatives that continue to thrive among country team members both on a national and international level.However, what impresses me the most are the great people who are part of these teams - their openness to trying new things, the ability to think outside the box, and the interactions with various stakeholders make this programme so special. It is YOUR enthusiasm, creativity, and willingness to engage that drive initiatives to increase #access to #insurance for those who need it the most.
